      Pros

      Lots of autonomy, adding corporate resources for contracts and marketing.

      Cons

      Lower pay scale, poor IT equipment, inconsistent training, frequent leadership turnover.

      Interesting work, but staff and managers too comfortable after 20+ years of working at the same company

      Pros

      Interesting work as you can work on multiple projects at once, but you need to be willing to learn on your own. Good 401k match.

      Cons

      Management did not provide much mentorship. Be prepared to work 40-60 hour weeks if you're in any type of leadership position with the company. Not many young employees. There is a generational gap within the company at least on the technical side. Incentives aren't established for obtaining more education or training.

We are sorry that you feel there is a mentorship and training gap. We work hard to select and develop strong leaders that exemplify our core values.       Global company but not ran as quality business

      Pros

      Generally the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Very limited career path and probably due to EU influence. Not progressive to be competitive with the market and does not embrace diversity of thought.
