Cons

- Barcelona office a long way from Barcelona city centre - Very top-heavy management. Seemingly endless number of VP's - Complicated organizational structure.

Work life balance, lots of admin and conference calls. Office staff mainly process driven, career progression is lacking

Work life balance is an important topic and is critical for mental and physical health. Hopefully you have discussed this with your manager so they are aware of your expectations.
