      Pros

      I really like the culture. It's a warm company with good core values. There is a lots of internal possibilities. I don't think that I will find another employer that is as good as Essity.

      Cons

      You need do be able to cooporate to be a part of Essity. Which is ofc difficult for some people.

      Pros

      Coworkers are good people pay is pretty good

      Cons

      Not a great work life balance. The company is very focused on profits but they are trying to achieve the increased profits with large cuts to spending and not replacing people when they leave. The result is less people trying to manage more problems.
