      Positive collaborative working culture Healthy way of working between different commercial functions Non-hierarchical International roles possible if mobile Possibility to move between functions if viewed as capable Good work/life balance Values staff and encourages professional development

      Cons

      Like all fmcg businesses, tough times at present Fairly flat structures can mean opportunities are limited Can be a bit too nice at times-ie could be tougher on underperformers
