Thank you for your review and feedback! Our culture and a positive work environment are very important to us so it is good to hear these comments. We are glad you had a positive experience working here. One of the results of a dynamic work environment are changes and change management. We are strengthening our various business units and brands by our way of working, building trans-Atlantic teams, integrating with our BSN medical colleagues , diving deeper into digital & e-commerce, and evolving to support the shifting needs our customers and partners. Just to name a few. Exciting times as we aspire to be the shaper of Health & Medical Solutions and Professional Hygiene Services.

Pros

I've been with Essity for just over one year but it's been the best career move that I've made. There's a great culture that's not at all hierarchical meaning that very senior management are approachable and always happy to help. I never feel like I can't give somebody a call or send them a message if I need to ask something. The attitude to work-life balance is brilliant. Realistic workloads mean I can get my job done during the day and then it's home to the family.

Cons

As is the case with many large companies, things can progress slowly because of the number of stakeholders involved. But that's life at an international organisation with 20,000+ employees.
