Great Work-Life balance as a salary employee. People are easy to get along with if you're a decent person. Management does not breathe down your back if you're doing your job.

Cons

Hard to receive a bump in pay. Also, the pros of good bonus, benefits, and vacation are seeming less and less competitive in the region.
