My experience has been highly rewarding. The company emphasizes innovation and makes sure we have the tools and training we need to excel in technical support. The work is dynamic and challenging. This is not a place for people who can't cope in a performance-driven culture. I love it because we troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions, which keeps the job interesting and engaging.

Cons

Coordinating with other departments can sometimes be slow.

Pros

The initial compensation they offered was good. Other than that, I didn't find any pros that can be listed here.

Cons

Upper management is weak. They are not wise enough to correct their mistakes. Instead, they look for scapegoats, yell at employees, and blame them for their failures. It was the worst leadership I ever saw. I chose to avoid working here long term so they couldn't blame me for anything. Beware if you want to join Essnova Solutions.
