Pros

In my experience, the supportive team and collaborative atmosphere make a difference, especially during the busiest days. The culture is high performance so keeping up is a must. Slacking is not an option because everything done here is interconnected. I find this aspect as a good nudge to stay determined, motivated, connected, and cooperate with my peers to ensure workflow is maintained.

Cons

Being part of a dynamic team of Essnova Solutions has been a rewarding experience. The company has a healthy work environment. The managers really value our time and efforts. Management is super approachable and always ready to collaborate. The balance between work and life is just right. The respect and team-focused work culture makes coming to work enjoyable. The pay is as per the market standards.

Pros

The overall facility has great security, and the office space is very cool, and retro. Very technologically savvy workspace, and the salary is commensurate to other positions of this calibur.

Cons

The owner Sri is by far the worst employer that I've ever worked for. He's very difficult, and sets extremely unreachable goals and expectations, then imposes repucussions when they're not met. He is very unreasonable!
