This would have been a decent place to work at if the management wasn't so frustrating to work with.

Cons

Management sets high expectations employees need to meet, but are unable to hold themselves to the same standards. We're obligated to meet every single insane demand, work long hours and forced overtime, and be paid an awful salary all while management keeps making terrible decisions and create problems we employees end up having to fix.

To be honest, I've learned a lot from the experience and that's it.

Cons

Essnova is the company you'd want to beware of and avoid! The pay could be ok but it depends, but the benefits are really terrible! Working with the manager also wasn't a nice experience but a horrible one!
