The salary package wasn't a standout feature, but it was enough to keep me motivated and engaged in my role.

Cons

I worked with a manager that constantly treated the team with impudence, ignoring our important contributions and dismissing our worries. We frequently felt rushed and unappreciated as a result of this conduct, which affected our output and general mood. The manager seemed to love having power trips rather than encouraging a collaborative atmosphere, occasionally going on a rampage of pointless micromanagement and arbitrary decision-making.

My co-workers are great and we're always supporting each other.

Cons

It's a terrible experience for employees here. The only ones who are happy are the CEO and the managers. The management does nothing to support us, and it only cares about its own greedy interests. The salary and benefits here are also horrible. The awful managers don't train us enough and only resort to micromanagement.
