It’s a creative job that involves a lot of brainstorming and idea-sharing. I also like building relationships with clients and expanding my network. The upper management prioritizes a culture of excellence, so I think Essnova is best suited for top performers. If you always try to perform at your best, it’s the right place to be in. The compensation and benefits are fine. I have financial stability.

Cons

Standards are high, but this helps me improve my skills further. Managing multiple projects can be tough.
