Zero training, zero support, total disaster

Pros

I wish I could say something good about this place, but there is absolutely nothing worth praising. Everything here is awful.

Cons

I was thrown into the job with no real training, no guidance, and no support whatsoever. After a rushed, shallow explanation, I was expected to magically do everything perfectly from the start. The stress was overwhelming, constantly facing tough situations with no idea what to do, and no one willing to help.

Pros

The positivity and professionalism of my former co-workers set a high standard for any workplace.

Cons

The CEO was constantly intimidating me, and he would fly into rages at the slightest provocation. He would often use technical jargon and acronyms that I didn't understand, which made it impossible to do my job. I felt like I was constantly in the dark, and I was always afraid of making a mistake. One day, I made a small mistake in scheduling a meeting, The CEO blew up at me, calling me incompetent and lazy. He said that I was a waste of his time and that he should have never hired me. I was so humiliated and scared that I started to cry.

Pros

My favorite thing about Essnova Solutions is the fact that people here are very open-minded, which creates an atmosphere full of understanding, mutual respect, and good collaboration. The environment thrives on a high-performance culture, made for those who are driven to excel and reach their full potential. There’s never a dull moment working here. Plenty of diverse tasks, good people, and great opportunities.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any cons so far, and I’ve been working here for a couple of years now.
