Great company culture, it’s a tight-knit team and an open-minded atmosphere. There’s excellent mentoring from senior management, they are really generous with their time when it comes to employee development. This is a great place to continue learning and enhancing your skill set.

My co-workers are great and we're always supporting each other.

Cons

It's a terrible experience for employees here. The only ones who are happy are the CEO and the managers. The management does nothing to support us, and it only cares about its own greedy interests. The salary and benefits here are also horrible. The awful managers don't train us enough and only resort to micromanagement.
