You Will Be Exhausted by the Project Deadlines and Daily Stress

Pros

Working at this compay has no pros or positives, as the constant stress isn't worth it. You will agree to it after spending a few weeks here.

Cons

The project deadlines here were insane. It usually meant tons of stress and the need to put in long, brutal, and exhausting hours. Some people tolerated it all with a smile as they had some strong reasons. But I couldn't see myself having the worst work-life balance and terribly small breaks for the rest of my life. Both couldn't be avoided here. So, I made the bold decision to quit this job. If you don't like the terrible idea of handling daily stress, you should do.

Flexible and understanding management team that strives to create a positive company culture that’s encouraging of our professional development. The CEO is very intelligent and approachable, he interacts with employees at every level and it’s a collaborative workplace.
