The salary package wasn't a standout feature, but it was enough to keep me motivated and engaged in my role.

Cons

I worked with a manager that constantly treated the team with impudence, ignoring our important contributions and dismissing our worries. We frequently felt rushed and unappreciated as a result of this conduct, which affected our output and general mood. The manager seemed to love having power trips rather than encouraging a collaborative atmosphere, occasionally going on a rampage of pointless micromanagement and arbitrary decision-making.

I have been incredibly impressed by the standard of modern technology the company utilizes and the knowledge and innovation that the team brings. The atmosphere is collaborative and open, with employees sharing ideas freely and working together to solve problems.
