This person worked at ESI for less than 2 months. At that time it appeared that things were not going to work out. Sometimes this happens we were very straightforward and direct about why we thought it would not work but the bottom line was that it was not a very good fit. All companies including ours do our best to try to determine fit from the beginning but we knew after a short period of time that this person would be better suited working for someone else. As for the $400 mentioned above. We did agree to pay 4 months' worth of his portion of the Healthcare as long as he was an employee in good standing which he was not at the time. By the way nothing Shady about our benefits program. Even though we had in writing that this would not be covered and this person agreed to that we decided in good faith to make the payment on behalf of the former employee.

Thank you for your review and your feedback. We appreciate that this employee recognized some of the great people that work here at ESI. We have been operating a successful business for over 35 years because of these amazing people. We take pride in the relationships our employees have formed and encourage them to help each other whenever possible. It is a shame that a "few bad apples" ruined what sounds like an otherwise positive experience. We take pride in the people we have here and we certainly try to identify individuals who may need a little extra skills or management training. We appreciate the feedback and we would encourage existing or future employees to speak out if their experiences are tainted by a manager or fellow employee.
