      Great pay, plenty of room for advancement , great management team with good vision

      Cons

      technology is changing fast, you have to be able to keep up

      Pros

      Open door policy. with all staff including HR, High level Executive Team, & Management. Care about employees personal life and health and are work hard to develop and retain employees for the future. Will also promote and offer better positions after short amount of time.

      Cons

      Some positions do not allow for a flexible 40 hour schedule.

We do like to promote from within and opportunities will present themselves for those that support and help their fellow employees and our resellers and agents. As the company grows so will the number of future opportunities. While we do offer some flexible work schedules some jobs do not allow for full flexibility. You will know that up front if you are applying for a position. George

      Pros

      Few departments are good and few are bad. This may be a good place. HR seems nice.

      Cons

      No proper infrastructure. Their products keep failing all the time. No proper direction from the management.

      Certainly disagree.... we have defined infrastructure and direction from the management - who is 100% focused on success. Products are reliable and trustworthy.
