* Tremendous growth: from ~100 employees when I joined to 350+ in just 2 years * Supportive and approachable management Founders and co-founders are down-to-earth * MD in the India office is very kind and helpful Employees are recognized and appreciated for their contributions * Focus on employee well-being with mental awareness sessions, team outings, and fun activities * Positive work culture and plenty of learning opportunities

It’s been almost a month here at Ethos, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to work. The office environment is very positive and motivating, which makes coming to work enjoyable. The hybrid approach provides a lot of flexibility and helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. What I really appreciate is the clarity in goals and expectations, everything is well-structured, and that gives a sense of direction. The management has a solid approach, they are approachable, and supportive. Overall, there is a culture of collaboration, learning, and respect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a workplace that values both professional and personal well-being.
