      Pros

      Working at Ethos has been a genuinely positive and fulfilling experience. The company culture is friendly and collaborative, with amazing coworkers who are not only talented but also supportive. I feel that my contributions are valued, and it's clear that Ethos appreciates and invests in its people. The benefits are excellent, and the work itself is meaningful, which adds a strong sense of purpose to my day-to-day responsibilities.

      Cons

      Like with any startup, there can be a heavy workload at times, and the fast-paced environment often requires flexibility and multitasking. However, management is receptive to feedback, supportive, and truly invested in helping the team succeed. Despite the challenges, the work is incredibly rewarding, and I would absolutely recommend Ethos to anyone looking for a dynamic and fulfilling place to grow their career.

      It has been great working in a progressive environment. So much to learn. Company is spending a lot on AI adoption. Really enjoying my time here. Zomato coupons are a big plus... yum!

      Cons

      Could do with a little less evening calls. Nothing unsustainable though.
