      - Always focusing on growth. Leadership is relentless in pushing the boundary. Never seen c-suites pushing so hard before. - Have opportunity to make impact very quickly. - Work remote. Have solid work life balance - Company is financially sound (I don't need to worry if the company is running out of cash)

      - it is hard work. you can't just hide and not do work. - certain tech needs to be upgraded to improve scalability
