Amazing Work culture - People are highly professional and believe in doing real work and spend time in petty politics - The People’s team really invests in creating a good work culture - Helpful colleagues and overall a collaborative culture - Flexible timings , work takes precedence over attendance in office

- There is no central product org. Every business org has a product leader. Thus, we don’t have the product culture which other companies have at a central level - Timings can stretch across time zones because the org is spread world wide
