      Pros

      Working with some talented and smart people. Latest tech stack The mission and vision of the company The culture of the teams and inside the company is good

      Cons

      The only con would be since this is a startup you will have to put in lot of work. But I think it's good in the long term career prospects as you get to solve the some impactful problems.

      - Open culture, where everyone is approachable and receptive to ideas and feedback. - Great collaboration across teams. Structured processes, while maintaining bias for impact. - Great leadership from the senior management. Conducive environment for innovation and growth.

      Cons

      True to any cross-geographic organization, the teams in all location have to stretch their working hours occasionally. Not a major concern, but just a note!

      Pros

      Everyone here is skilled and are expert in their fields. Everyone is here to help and humble. Company's tech stack and infra is extremely organised. I have never seen clarity to that level in my experience so far. Manager have vision for the team and they are very much aligned to their directs personal growth as well. Honestly Ethoslife has given me sense of ownership which was missing in my previous job roles. Everything is great so far.

      Everything is good so far. Nothing to complain about.
