Lots of good coworkers, some excellent supervisors depending on which department you are in. Lots of things to learn if you are willing

Cons

Some employees spend more time complaining about their job, not much training in a lot of areas. Some new employees enter with a very entitled attitude.

The strategy is good and company is growing real fast. There's always something to learn. Compensation is very good! EITS employees are awesome and have made it worth working here.
