Pros

The company is changing and evolving with lots of opportunity for growth. If you are looking for a company that is working towards improving their culture thi is a good place. Yes, they have new management, but the senior leadership team is looking for enhance and improve the work environment with a focus of the employees.

Cons

Sometimes the sales cycle fluctuates making it tough for the production employees.

Pros

Some employees work hard and want to make the company better

Cons

Not the team oriented place it used to be. Management is undecided on how to proceed. No clear direction on the best way to move forward. To promote change, they want to get rid of current employees and replace with new, young employees. Past changes have not yielded any improvement in sales or employee satisfaction. Some departments are expanded and others are ignored and over worked. Plant employees are overworked and not treated fairly. Promises are made for promotions and pay increases but do not materialize in a timely manner, if at all. Promised promotions and pay raises can take numerous inquires and a long period of time to actually happen.

Pros

Paycheck every week. Free bread products. People are generally likeable.

Cons

Where do I start...always asked to work more hours with no extra incentive for salaried employees. Seems to be a new fire to put our every day, which usually involves at least one, and often many, things going wrong. Same problems with systems continually arise, but no effort is made to improve them. There are few to no attempts made to show employees they are valued. Chaotic environment. Extremely high turnover of employees. Favoritism is rampant, and to make it worse, it's all open for everyone to see.
