      Pros

      Big company. Safe work. Professional Shuttle.

      Cons

      Bad leaders. Low salaries. Are not valued the people. They assume the rotations of personnel. The knowledge of the company is losing. The know-How is not valued, it is valued the cheap personnel that always say if to their managers.

      Lots of work and you can make money working OT, some managers are nice

      Cons

      Forced overtime, hard to get a raise. You max out at a low salary, they make you work 7 days a week with little notice, favoritism, easy to get suspended
