      Its a great experience working with some fabulous people for such a fast growing company

      Pros

      The schedule is ideal for most being that as manager you are suggested to work tuesday- saturday. As a franchised company, each location may vary on policies but, for the most part time off is pretty do-able and other employees are always looking for more hours. Its also ( for the most part) a very laid back environment with minimal stress as compared to previous retail management jobs. The waxcenter is more "spa-like"

      Cons

      The challenges I face as manager is, unless my franchisee decides to open up more than 2 centers the probability of me moving up in the company is slim unless I move locations.

      Great culture, fairly easy job in a great environment and decent compensation.

      Cons

      Hourly is kind of low, and in most location it is hard to make good commission

      Pros

      The company has a vision that they're executing through honesty, integrity, and knowing we're the leaders in our field. They provide extensive training and education, and give you all the tools you need to succeed. What you bring to your position will be what you take out. They've created a brand that is trusted across the country and a culture that is fun to be apart of.

      Cons

      The training process can be overwhelming. There's a lot to know, and without an extensive knowledge of your position it will be hard to be successful.
