      Pros

      Able to grow with this company, awesome employees who become great friends, constant training provided, good pay plus commission, and they offer health insurance after 9 months, easily get time off if you find someone to cover your position.

      Cons

      Lots of hiring and firing, new managers coming and going, rule changing constantly, favoritism, mandatory scripts you must use at all times which makes the experience robotic and less personable in my opinion, they are always on you to sell products even if the same guest keeps telling you no.

      Pros

      You can make great money here!! but you sure do work your butt off for it. Great training.

      Cons

      commission sucks!! 5% on services and 15% on products....you make most of your money off tips!!
