      Not open too early or too late so its a good place to work, make money from commission, free waxing

      Cons

      too competitive between workers, scheduling sucked most of the time, bad management

      Pros

      Friendly environment, weekly meetings to make you feel on task, rewards and competitions for selling which always get everyone excited.

      Cons

      Really strict on sales which makes it stressful. Yes, it's partially a sales job, but when you're working next to a college campus, not every student can pay for a 300 dollar wax pass. Just frustrating at times.
