Flexible and nice group of girls to work with. Would recommend to any person looking for in depth waxing experience -- but is not a great long term option as it takes its toll physically.
Cons
Low hourly wage, and 5% commission on services is a joke and basically slave labor -- $3.50 for a back breaking $70 leg wax is basically what you're getting. Then you can expect to be tipped a measly $3.00; if at all. The work can be incredibly grueling, with no breaks, if you work at a busy center. also the company late policy is ridiculous -- clients are allowed to be 9 minutes late to a 15 minute appointment, backing up your appointments and having to deal with angry clients, with the added stress of time restraints. It can quickly turn into a nightmare.
