Pros

Clients are fab! GSA are great! Perfect job to gain experience and better your time.

Cons

15 min doesn't give time to build productive client relationships! Force you to push products just so you can make some extra money because they only pay $8/hr to rip hair out of buttholes!

Pros

Love the Wax and the Brand.

Cons

Horrible Company culture. Worked there for almost 5 Years, and was only able to advance to Lead Wax Specialist. No room for growth and NO BENEFITS. No paid vacation until a year after employment and getting a day off is like pulling teeth. They treat us like doctors and were saving a life when in reality we are waxing people and being paid like janitors. Absolute horrible Management and owners could care less.

Mentally exhausting! I was pretty darn good at waxing. I had a high prebook/request, fast and efficient at hair removal, which made me a red level waxer. At EWC your strongly encouraged to sell the company products. If the guest would turn down the products in the room, mgmt would insist you bring them to the product wall in the lobby where other guests are waiting and place the product in the guests hand...Pretty embarrassing when the guest is clearly annoyed! Obviously if the guest felt pressured by you, they won't prebook with you! I guess selling just 1 product wasn't enough because mgmt would let you know that you needed to "step things up". Which was very discouraging when you are requested/booked all day and working your butt off. Iv worked at 2 different locations and have friends in other locations, it's all the same...Just a money hungry corporation.
