Some good, some really bad

Pros

Lots of flexibility with your schedule, fuel card, paid off holidays, great patient population, access to AI charting assistance

Cons

No accountability from management, lots of promises and deals on hiring but then frequent leadership changes leave no one in place to honor what you were told on hiring. This feels you feeling very undervalued and unappreciated. Travel time can be absolutely unreasonable and destroy your work life balance. MA support can be good or can make your life harder and it's just luck of the draw who gets assigned to you. Facilities can have unrealistic expectations. No room for salary growth with current productivity pay modal unless you crush yourself seeing more patients each day, new grads and 10yr vets getting paid the exact same. Very very low paid time off
