Minimal feedback to employees, and low respect toward employees. Employees are treated like graduate students, rather then experienced mental health clinicians. For example, I know the distinction between Adjustment Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder, and it's not necessary to train me in that differential diagnosis. Compensation is not consistent with the work expected.

Pay is terrible for what they expect of you, benefits are awful, they give you some gas money for your travel but their tire replacement and maintenance reimbursement is a joke so you are putting a lot of wear and tear on your car and not receiving a true mileage reimbursement, executive leadership is tone deaf, there are so many rules and regulations about what you can and cannot do and how you have to document that keeping up with that is almost a full-time job aside from seeing your patients, and their “training” is a joke.
