Thank you for sharing your former experience with Eventus. In the time since your departure, we've made quite a few updates to our training for all employees, which includes a full week of onboarding with the Training & Clinical Education department and a month of ramp up to seeing patients. This is a substantial improvement from training over the years and was created out of suggestions from providers like you. There have been a lot of improvements in the last few months that address the concerns you've brought up here. While you are no longer a part of the Eventus team, we're sure you would be happy to hear that we have taken great pains to make sure that future providers are set up for success across the practice. We wish you the utmost success in your current role.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're happy to hear that the flexibility at Eventus allows you to maintain a healthy work life balance with family! We know working in a geographically diverse company can mean limited interactions with colleagues but we are working on more digital and in person opportunities for this year.

Pros

It is a great place to work if you want to care for geriatric and mental health patients in long term care settings. Salary is fair and fluid depending on how hard you want to work. If you go the extra mile, it is rewarded. If you want a basic average pay work schedule, that is also an option. Benefits are good for private company. You will not make bank as in an acute setting but work life balance is real and available at Eventus.

Cons

If you are not a self starter, this role will not work for you. Also, you need to build relationships with the facility staff you serve. Leadership is fair overall but there can be a sense of isolation if you do not maintain regular contact through meetings and communications with others on the team.
