Cons

There is a culture of flexibility with accountability so if someone does not like being held accountability the culture might not be right for that individual.

One area that we'd like to offer is talking with your RCL about using Ambience for charting. We've seen an amazing reduction in charting time for providers who utilize this amazing AI tool. And we're definitely working on more streamlined communication efforts and appreciate your feedback on that area.
