I absolutely love the autonomy of my position, my regional supervisor is also an APP who gives good feedback. I love their inventive programs and the overall flexibility of my job as a mom of three.

Pros

They are investing in tools to make providers jobs easier. The Ambience scribing tool saves providers hours per day! Their provider support is great. Our MAs are wonderful and the care coordinator team has been super helpful in helping to take care of patients There are opportunities to grow my career here with all the new projects and business growth Amazing holiday policy!

Cons

It's an innovative company so some people aren't comfortable with change.
