Traveling Has to accumulate your own PTO. it was a peace of mind when you did not have to worry about this.

We know that travel can be hard in serving our patient populations and we thank you for your commitment to us and our work to serve these vulnerable adults in long term care facilities. We appreciate your feedback on our newer PTO policy that is more autonomous to the clinician. We know it's not a traditional system, but we have seen that it allows providers to more fully own their financial and PTO goals.
