We appreciate your feedback on our newer PTO policy that is more autonomous to the clinician. We know it's not a traditional system, but we have seen that it allows providers to more fully own their financial and PTO goals. Decent pay. Flexible - make my own schedule as a psychotherapist.

Cons

When I interviewed I was told I'd be closer to home. While they pay mileage, I feel I spend more time driving than anything else. Insurance is horrible.

Terrible insurance and benefits Facilities are allowed to mistreat Eventus employees. Managers will NOT support you. New employees are valued over current employees Constantly told that you don’t do enough. Only told what you did wrong
