With that autonomy, there can be some more supported needed when creating work life balance. We encourage you to reach out to your RCL and leadership to discuss workflows and options that may help with this balance and charting. This autonomy is also important to consider in our compensation system. Please reach out if you need support in creating balance to help you reach your compensation goals. We provide several different tools to aid in charting that have drastically reduced the time needed to chart. Please reach out to the Training Team if you feel you need access to these tools or support in using them.

      Pros

      It's a production model so you have to be motivated and able to manage your time effectively. There is a lot of support and the benefits are very good.

      Cons

      If you don't manage your time effectively or if you don't have a good knowledge base you can get overwhelmed.
