Pay is comparable to other NP positions

Cons

No work life balance. Management that is not truthful. Make sure you document everything! Make sure you read your contract because there are items that are not ethical. No support unless you threaten to quit. Constantly checking your charges to make sure they are getting as much money as they can.

Pros

There is always co-workers willing to help out. Schedule that doesn't interfere with personal life. All provider I have worked with in person or through tele visits have been very nice and understanding. Both Psych and Primary.

Cons

I really don't have any cons at this point.
