Pros

The pros is flexibility. Until it's not, and no one is held accountable.

Cons

My experience with this employer was largely disappointing. The benefits package was well below industry standards, lacking both in scope and value. Leadership consistently failed to provide clear direction or meaningful support, which created a disorganized and often demoralizing work environment. There was a noticeable lack of transparency and accountability from upper management, which made it difficult to trust in the company’s long-term vision or stability. I would not recommend this employer to those seeking a supportive and growth-oriented workplace.

Pros

Excellent leadership. My supervisors are always willing to get you what you need to succeed. Flexible hours help balance a busy home/work life. Abundance of paid holidays that I have only seen prior to this at government positions. Everyone is friendly and helpful which is great when you are new. Every necessary resource is made available from laptops to scrubs and more.

Cons

Mostly online training. Not many in person trainings with actual coworkers. But it isn't terrible and there is lots of support. Pay isn't great but it's not too bad.
