Thank you for sharing your experience with Eventus. We appreciate feedback from those who have been with the practice for a long time, such as yourself. We hope that you will reach out to our CMO or regional management in order to share your concerns with direct management. We have several systems in place for reporting issues without retaliation via our Compliance program as well. We appreciate your service and want to make sure that we're able to remedy these issues to continue to keep employees engaged for years to come.

Pros

Schedule flexibility. However, you will work long hours if you want to provide adequate patient care.

Cons

Poor provider support. Poor life-work balance. Management demands more if providers, promising them support, never following through. Management does not want to hear anything negative about real life from providers that keep the company going. Management like those that see as many patients as possible, ignore their concerns, just sign the charts in order to bring more profits in. It is not about patient care, it is not about life-work balance. It is all about the bottom line. It has gotten worse over time. Oh, watch your paychecks. They are frequently (sometimes 100% of the time) not correct and you have to fight for your money.

We appreciate your candid feedback about your former experience with Eventus. We also thank you for your many years of service. We are working towards providing more support for providers, including a return to the field of our medical assistants which just recently occurred. Our CEO's philosophy is to be provider-centric and we're moving towards a direction where that is truer and truer every day. The recent departure of Payroll from HR to our CFO has made a positive impact on payroll accuracy. We value our providers time and contributions and continually work to make sure that they are fairly compensated in a timely manner. We strongly align with your advice for more communication and are open to suggestions from our amazing providers. While you may no longer work with Eventus, we are still happy to hear and discuss any recommendations you have.
