Pros

The flexibility of schedule, gas card. As a new grad or an APP with little experience it is a good starting career move.

Cons

The gas card has limited funds. You will likely run out of funds before the middle of the month. Not being paid a salary but according to RVU's and labeling it Value-Based Care is a scam. They hire new grads, pay them little, and expect a lot. zs

Thank you for your candid feedback about your experience with Eventus. We apologize if you felt we are intentionally misrepresenting the relationship of work to compensation. We take seriously any allegation of wrongdoing. We highly encourage you to reach out to the CMO. We pride ourselves on the our ability to offer positions to new grads and APPs with little to no experience, in order to support and create strong clinicians. This field does require a lot of attention to detail, moves quickly (as most of healthcare does), and is a great chance for new folks to really get experience that will set them up for success in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Eventus. We take each and every review seriously. We know that change is hard and there has been a lot with new leadership. Across the board we're seeing strong positive results for the whole team but can understand where the impact and stress of change may be felt more in other areas. We hope that you will discuss your concerns with your manager but also know that the HR and Training & Clinical Education teams are here to support you as well.

Thank you for sharing very thorough and candid feedback. We really do appreciate and value your thoughts. We've shared your feelings about the PTO process change with HR. We also encourage you to reach out to them to express your concerns more fully. We want to be able to provide all employees with the opportunity to balance work and life in the best way that fits their needs. We are excited to share that our training program has been built out to be a very robust and supportive process that lasts over 90 days. We are very proud of the strides we have made in that area and have seen it allow for more supported and confident new hires.
