Pros

Flexible hours. if you know the right people then you will get treated and talked to kindly, if not then you're on your own.

Cons

There is ZERO communication with any upper management. They change their minds on how things will run on what seems like a daily basis and will give you a max of 24 hour notice to implement them and you are expected to just do it and not ask questions. They don't value the few good employees they do have. HORRIBLE PAY. No accountability. They will reward hard work and good employees with even more work. You should not have to go to work and feel like if you voice an opinion or disagree with the company that you are in danger of being fired, but that is the environment here and anyone posting 5 star reviews are drinking the kool-aid and blowing smoke in fear of being out of a job.

Thank you for providing very candid feedback about your experience at Eventus. We want you to know that we hear you and also that every review is read and responded to. We resonate with your perspective about the many changes that have occurred recently, especially as our Medical Assistant population has shifted from being remote to in the field once again post Covid-19. Change takes time and there has been a lot of change in the recent months that will have long term impact on the success of the company in a strong way. We are working behind the scenes to truly improve processes for everyone, especially those who have been with the company for as long as your tenure. We truly are thankful of your continued time and service to Eventus. As a reminder, Eventus has a very strong and enforced no retaliation policy that is supported by our Chief Compliance Officer. If you feel that your ability to speak freely about improvement efforts has been infringed upon, please contact them immediately. Our managers and HR department take great care in providing compensation strategies that align with market trends, research, and rates comparable to our competitors as well as considering individual income goals. If you feel that this has not been the case, we advise reaching out directly to your manager and HR. We do know that everything is not perfect at Eventus but we are working as a team to make Eventus great, we thank you for your part in helping to do that. Should you wish to discuss further the feedback you've given here as an effort to improve Eventus, please feel free to reach out to the Training & Clinical Education team or HR.

Back on the Right Track

Pros

The company isn't as primary care vs psych as it once was. The training isn't as good as it used to be. Training for psych providers was psych school which they no longer do and training for MAs was over a week and is not done anymore.

Cons

Dr King is back and we are moving towards the "Onsite" days and early Eventus days

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. You have a wealth of knowledge and experience having been with us for 10 years. The training team would love to hear more of your thoughts on the training process, which currently is a week long onboarding process for new hires and we have robust continuing education opportunities. Psych School is still alive and well, in fact it's even extended further than it was even a year ago. Soon there will be a Primary Care equivalent as well, which we're very excited to see come to fruition. You are right, Medical Assistant training has shifted due to remote and in person demands. We are working to realign the MA training for those in the field and those who are also remote. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're happy to hear that the flexibility at Eventus allows you to maintain a healthy work life balance with family! We know working in a geographically diverse company can mean limited interactions with colleagues but we are working on more digital and in person opportunities for this year.
