We resonate with your perspective about the many changes that have occurred recently, especially as our Medical Assistant population has shifted from being remote to in the field once again post Covid-19. Our managers and HR department take great care in providing compensation strategies that align with market trends, research, and rates comparable to our competitors as well as considering individual income goals.
