The only reason I am staying with this company is because of the flexibility

Cons

Low pay Its all about productivity, no base pay. The company only offers two paid holidays, again ONLY 2 PAID HOLIDAYS. They want you to work during 4th of july, new year, memorial day etc. They don’t value your loyalty or tenure. Everybody gets the same rate regardless if you’re 5 years or new hire. High attrition with regards to their support staff so you won’t get a decent MA as a provider. Some providers who works full time only has part time MAs.

Our recent change in compensation policy is a new shift for everyone but we do believe it is a fair model that is transparent in its ability to increase pay and meet a variety of individual income goals. Top 3 Provider Group performer in the nation with LTC ACO 3 years experience in Value Based Care in LTC 2023 Joined ACO Reach as well for Assisted Living Setting Amazing integrated care model that surpasses the quality of any other group in this setting Full time pharmacist that helps minimize polypharmacy and out of pocket pharmacy costs for facilities

Cons

Occasionally can feel a little isolated. Raises dependent on increases in RVU rates from government.
