Company was able to manage the pandemic crisis well by keeping staff working and providing services. In fact the company grew a great deal during the pandemic. Once you have your territory, you have some flexibility in scheduling your day and scheduling around your own doctors appointments (etc.). If you are motivated and well-organized you can earn a lot of money. The client group is rewarding and challenging. Psychotherapists do not have to participate in after hours on-call coverage.

Cons

Not enough paid time off during a year; expected to work all holidays. It can be difficult to take time off (due to not having coverage during your absence) depending upon your position and level of service you deliver. Some providers have long distances to travel for work, which cuts into time you could be making money by seeing clients.

Committed healthcare providers, support staff, and administrators who are clearly passionate about their work. Working with long term care residents is an amazing privilege.

Cons

Rapid growth and the peculiar challenges of the pandemic in long term care led to some organizational and systems challenges, but they seem to be on track.

Eventus is compassionate about our patients and family’s. I have not been micromanaged since working for this company. Which is a big plus for me!

Cons

Improvements in communication should be much better. Recently, communication issues have ben noted and are currently be addressed.
