I love the daily problem solving. My position is so versatile and never the same day twice. It fits well with my personality. I feel satisfaction from an honest days work. I am valued and treated with respect by management and coworkers.

Cons

No cons, for me, at least. You get back what you put in. There really isn't room for advancement to a new position for me but there is a lot of potential for advancement in my current position.
