      Large company with a family vs corporate vibe. Leadership and a CEO that cares about their employees and how decisions made impact them.

      Cons

      LOTS of change in a short amount of time.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working for this company. Great benefits, 401k, time off, floating holidays, and friendly coworkers. Leadership is also great here. If you need help with something or have a thought or question someone will listen and help or discuss the matter with you.

      Cons

      There is very little overtime for hourly employees. Would be nice to have maybe a minimum of 10-15 hours a month.

      Pros

      Flexable schedule, I enjoy working with everyone, I like that my job is not the same every day. There is opportunity to move around in the company. Everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      Raises only come with a reviews. It seems the company doesn't replace leaving employees with new ones. It is hard to keep up with the constant changes sometimes. communication has improved but still needs some work.
