      Pros

      Growing company with new leadership that listens to their employees. Leadership is putting together new processes based on employee feedback. The training department has grown to accommodate the training needs of our new hires. I feel that my supervisor is invested in my growth.

      Pros

      Eventus has flexible scheduling and providers are well compensated. Medical Providers are paid by productivity so the amount you make is based on the patients you see. The leadership is excellent and has the company on the right track.

      Cons

      Can't think of any real cons. The office staff are very helpful. It takes a little while to used to the apps and EMR however.
