When you are actually provided a schedule, working with the geriatric population is rewarding.

Cons

Schedules not done No communication with facilities New patient referrals are ignored Support staff not properly trained Specialty referrals aren't put on the schedule Labs, home health referrals, imaging is delayed because the staff is overwhelmed Facilities complain to providers about poor service The 5 star review has to be upper management trying to save the company reputation.
