      Good day-to-day work and client, but poor benefits and messy leadership

      Pros

      The actual day-to-day work was enjoyable. The client seemed to genuinely care about people’s well-being, and our direct team leads were supportive and kind. They tried their best to advocate for us. Pay was solid for the role $20 - $25 hr., and working from home made for a really healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      The benefits were terrible. Medical was extremely expensive and didn’t offer good coverage. Training was mostly self-led, both during onboarding and ongoing. Trainers often couldn’t answer questions without checking back later, and most workshops felt like box-checking exercises.

      Management is a mess

      Pay can be good if you work hard and remain a favorite of your manager.

      Cons

      Manager decides who works on which business so you need to remain a favorite. If they do not like you then you might as well leave
